The Zephyr Theatre is a 3/4 thrust stage with 74 fixed seats right on Melrose Ave.

The Zephyr has a beautiful courtyard where guests can network while enjoying beverages before or after the show. In addition, the theatre is equipped with 2 dressing rooms, 2 patron restrooms and 1 actor restroom, storage, a box office/concessions room, and a loading dock separate from the patron entrance. The Zephyr is fully equipped with a rep-lighting plot, sound system and projector/screen.
